Schwarzkopf Hairspray!!

Do you spend ages trying to fix your hair and when you're happy with it spray it into place and as soon as you walk out the door....BAM it dissappears with a tiny breeze!?

The same happened to me all the time till I stumbled across Schwarzkopf's wonderful got2b hairspray!

My friend recommended it saying that it was great and made her hair stay in the style she wanted it but allowed for movement without leaving it greasy and horrible!! 

So the very next day I went to wilkinsons (UK) where it was on offer for £3...result! I bought 2 and headed to the till!!

After some make-up work I headed home, had a shower and fell asleep (exhausted is not the word) and the next day started 'fixing' my hair.

Once I was happy with it I grabbed my newly purchased hairspray and blasted away....you really don't need to use a lot of this hairspray, just short burst which will hold hair in place.

I liked it....it kept my hair in place ALL day and as my friend had said it wasn't greasy and it did allow for movement which was great.

This was about 2 month ago and I stille LOVE this hairspray! I haven't found a hairspray that will keep my hair in place like this.

The best thing is it's still £3 in my local wilkinson store which is wonderful as I have about 6 cans in my bathroom cupboard (along with other lotions and potions)

I definitely recommend this hairspray, you can spray more if you want to 'freeze' your hair into place but I like the natural flowy look seeing as my hair is long and wavy.

Temple Run!!!!

Who else is addicted to Temple Run??

I've been addicted to this game for weeks!!! At first I was rubbish but after a few goes I seemed to get the hang of it!

My aim is to start writing a blog post every day and so far I've been doing well!

Benefit's hoola bronzer!

Hey everyone, hope you're all well! I can't believe this gorgeous weather we are having here in the UK! It's beauuuuuutiful!

I've been topping up my tan by sitting on a field or in my back garden these past few days but when the sun goes to sleep and I want a little boost...you know, a bit of colour and to look healthy I use Benefit's hoola bronzer! 

I like this bronzer because it's natural looking.

 It hasn't got shimmery undertones which make you sparkle like a diamond (although some us might like to)  it's just normal and suitable for all skin tones!

Really....all skin tones can use this??

Yes!! Below is an example of how you can use it depending on your skintone.

• Pale (Nicole Kidmans of the world)  skin tones can use it on their cheekbones for definition.
• Medium/tan (Eva Longorias of the world) skin tones can use this all over their face for a healthy, tanned glow and along the cheekbone for definition.
• Dark  (Naomi Campbells of the world) skin tones can use it all over their face for very natural cover and some definition to the cheekbones.

 See....all skin tones can use this! I recommend this to my friends when they ask which bronzer to go for or when they want something they can use all year round. 

How long does it last??

Well with daily use mine lasts 4-6 months. I don't cake it on, I just apply a little to my cheeckbones for definition and then lightly sweep over my face for a lovely, healthy glow! :)

A beauty blogger that loves Formula1??? Really??

Hello everyone.... hope you're all having a lovely weekend, eating lots of food and enjoying the sunshine! It's colder today but I'm not complaining...when it's sunny everyone is happier, nicer and I get to wear my pretty skirts, flip flops and vest tops!

I need to admit something though...I think I may be the only *beauty blogger* that LOVES formula1....yes I love it!

 I wake up early when theres the practices and I got up this morning to watch the Malaysian GP race!

 I will probably get sooooo many people telling me how sad I am but I don't care! hahaha!

I couldn't believe what happened to Vettel right at the end...as I said to my brother when we were watching it, it must be so annoying going through the whole race and then one thing goes wrong and you have to stop just before the end but that's how it is!

I also have to say everything seemed to be going wrong for Jenson Button which is a shame as I would have prefered to see him in Lewis Hamilton's place  but as I've said above that is how the races go!

There's about 2 weeks-ish to wait for the next race which is in China and I'm already looking forward to it hahahaha!

Anyway thats me for now and I promise my next post will be based on fashion/beauty/make-up and anything related hahaha!!!

Trip to London!

Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a lovely weekend wherever you are and I hope you're enjoying the lovely sunshine (wherever you are)!!

I went to London the other day but was so busy going from place to place I didn't have a chance to take any lovely photos but luckily I had some saved on my phone from my trip to the city before!!

 Here I was waiting for the boat...it's like a taxi service just on water haha!

 I didn't expect anything special but I have to say it's lovely inside with spacious seats,  T.V's and a bar area!! Travel in style they say!!

The view from the boat was lovely...the sun had just started to set and all the lights were twinkling making London even more beautiful!

This building stood out!

 This has to be one of the coolest buildings I saw on the day....I did a double take and then snapped away! 

London Eye!!

 This photo was meant to be where the photo underneath is but never mind....it's still pretty and I like it because the lights are sparkly....yes I like sparkly things! It makes me happy and everything seems to be just that little bit more fun when a touch of sparkle is added!

 Each time I look at this picture I remember what my thoughts were on this day....I was just so happy, the sky was a pinky/peach colour...the lights had started twinkling and I was with my family...the people I love the most.

Anyway before I start writing a poem and going all emotional I'll leave it there and wish you all a goodnight! 

Plus I've just lost an hour of my 'so-called' beauty sleep!

Hair extension time!!! Update your hair in a flash.....

Hello everyone!! I hope you're all having a lovely relaxing weekend!

Well it's been a long time coming and today I've finally managed to find some time, sit down and write a review for Harland Luxury hair.

When the packet came through I was actually excited to see the extension. I was sent deep purple and a light blue colour....I liked! :)

 Looking at the packet it comes in the instructions tell you to wash in lukewarm water and air-dry.

Mix a tiny bit of your shampoo in lukewarm water and gently soak the extensions, once you're happy remove and let them air-dry....it took about 1 hour for them to be completely dry...you can also blow dry them from a distance but you CANNOT use hair straighteners on them to style.

For me it's a downside as I have curly/wavy hair and don't tend to straighten my hair but for these to blend with my natural hair I had to.

 I didn't really like the feel of the hair extensions as they didn't feel soft but for a night out these are perfect and can easily update your look with a flash of colour here and there. They are so easy to use....just clip in where you want them to be and they're in!!

Just hook/clip and you're good to go....really easy and simple!

As you can see in the picture it's a comb which hooks into your hair and keeps them in place which is really easy and simple for a quick hair update.

If you do wear your hair up in a ponytail when you wear these extensions make sure you put them midway through the hair to conceal the clip!

18" long hair extensions.

The extensions are 18" long and I've just placed a standard GHD styler next to them so you can get an idea of how long they are! If you have shorter hair you can easily cut them to desired length!!

As I've mentioned above you get some helpful instructions on how to care for your extensions!

I have to say these extensions are wonderful for a night out and to instantly update your look. If you're really creative you can cut the extension short and clip it into your fringe and turn it into a quiff for a really funky look especially for £2.69 which is a bargain!!! :)

Hello everyone, sorry I haven't posted much this week but I've been so busy with my skincare company it's been hectic!!
